PureFusionIPTV can send two kinds of diagnostic report to the developer, and neither is ever sent automatically:
If you choose “Don’t send” for a crash, both the crash report and the local activity record are deleted from your device, and nothing about the crash — including the fact that you declined — is transmitted. Cancelling a report you started yourself simply discards it, and does not affect a crash report you have not yet answered.
Either kind of report is designed to contain technical diagnostics only:
The automatically collected part is designed to exclude playlist usernames and passwords; Xtream, Stalker and MAC credentials; playlist, EPG and stream addresses; access and refresh tokens; API keys; OpenSubtitles keys; Firebase tokens; entitlement secrets; and account details such as your email address. Values matching these patterns are redacted on the device before sending and again on our servers before storage.
The report screen also offers an optional “Tell us what happened” box. Text you type there is included with the report. Obvious passwords, tokens and credentials — for example a pasted playlist address containing a username and password — may be redacted before sending, but that check only recognises patterns it knows and we cannot detect personal information written in ordinary sentences, so please do not type anything there you would not want us to read. The box is optional and voice entry, where your TV supports it, uses your device’s own speech recognition; PureFusionIPTV does not record or store audio.
Diagnostic and crash reports are used to diagnose and fix problems in the app. They are not used for advertising or profiling, and are deleted 14 days after they are received.
Playlist details, channel arrangement preferences, and most viewing-specific behaviors are designed to remain local to user devices unless a user explicitly enables cloud-driven features.
PureFusionIPTV does not sell or rent personal information to advertisers.
Use the Account Center for self-service actions or email support for requests that require manual handling.
PureFusionIPTV uses standard transport security, authenticated API access, and account-level controls. Users should keep passwords unique and avoid sharing credentials across devices they do not control.
