1) Eligibility and account access

• You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials securely.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for activity performed under your login.

2) Service scope

• PureFusionIPTV provides playback tools, guide interfaces, and account-linked feature controls.
• Users are responsible for obtaining lawful content access through their own providers.
• Provider quality and stream availability are outside PureFusionIPTV control.

3) Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans may include monthly and one-time options as published at purchase time.
• Subscriptions are managed through Google Play billing in the app.
• Renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled according to Google Play rules.
• Refund decisions follow Google Play policy and applicable law.
• Plan prices and features may evolve with notice when required.

PureFusionIPTV does not provide direct web checkout or a web billing portal.

4) Device management and entitlement controls

• Plans can include device-slot limits tied to your account.
• You can remove old devices from your account to free slots.
• Attempts to bypass entitlement limits may result in account restriction.

5) Prohibited use

• Using the platform for unlawful access, piracy, or rights circumvention.
• Abusive actions against service infrastructure or other users.
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution of proprietary components.

6) Service availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, and occasional interruptions can occur due to maintenance, provider-side issues, third-party platform changes, or force majeure events.

7) Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PureFusionIPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or third-party content services. Total direct liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the current billing period when applicable.

8) Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material terms violations, fraudulent behavior, or legal compliance requirements. Users may also delete their own account using available self-service and support channels.

9) Changes to these terms

Terms may be revised over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the latest published version.
